Navigating Success Through Google Ads & SEO

Bluemoon is a startup attestation company located in the UAE. They offering services such as family visas, marriage certification attestation, company registration, PRO services, and notary services. As a start up they are operating on a tight marketing budget. Bluemoon approached our assistance in navigating the realms of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Google Ads.

Challenges

As a start-up initiative, Bluemoon faced the challenge of having a limited marketing budget. When they approached us, they didn't know about the perfect social media platform of their target audience.  Another major challenge was non- SEO friendly website. 

Strategies and Solutions

The first and foremost step we took was implementing a  Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy. We selected Facebook,  Instagram, and YouTube to build a social media presence, but we narrowed it to Facebook and Instagram per the client's suggestion. We launched ads on both Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness. In that, we majorly focused on creating a presence and engaging content. Then, slightly, they got inquiries, but mostly, they received leads from Pakistan, whereas their target audience is located in the UAE. Another challenge was that they couldn't reach the revenue for what they had invested so far. 

So, we discussed this with the client and convinced them to switch to Google Ads. Initially, we ran a  Search ad campaign for that we created a single landing page and targeted the entire UAE. As a result, they received many leads but couldn't offer their service all over the UAE. After analyzing the results and insights, we adjusted the campaign to target Dubai Emirates exclusively.  Finally, they received enormous results by getting lots of inbound leads. 

Subsequently, a smart campaign was executed to maximize calls, initially covering a broader area but later focusing in on a specific city in Dubai. This strategic shift significantly increased clicks and calls.

In response to the client's desire for enhanced brand visibility, we implemented a Performance Max Campaign in Google Ads, diversifying across Search Ads, YouTube Ads, Display networks, and Gmail. The outcome surpassed expectations, with a remarkable return on investment.

SEO Brilliance

We identified website issues. They had non-SEO-friendly websites that lacked mobile device responsiveness, used plagiarized content, and had slow loading speeds. We developed a cost-effective CMS website on WordPress. We also executed a one-month SEO plan focusing on specific keywords and ranked #1 on Google. 

Results

The adjustments in Google Ads campaigns resulted in consistent calls and clicks. A performance max campaign significantly increased brand visibility.

Their monthly investment of 1000+ AED in Google Ads generated 300+ inquiries monthly in the UAE market. We diligently created content to successfully rank #1 on Google for  SEO keywords such as "Best attestation services in Dubai" and "Best attestation services in UAE." We generated 300 leads through a strategic blend of Google Ads and SEO.

Bluemoon expressed high satisfaction with the implemented strategies. At the right time, we recognized the shift in focus from social media to Google Ads as instrumental in lead generation success.
